Trafalgar Place is a collection of four freestanding luxury homes on one of Sandhurst’s most secure roads: a double-gated, 24-hour-guarded enclave, arguably the highest level of security money can buy in the suburb. Two homes sit on the right as you come up the road, two on the left. Each is a five-bedroom residence with four garages plus open parking for four more cars.

Villa 1 (R 25 million) and Villa 2 (R 23 million) are already built to the same design at our Hyde Park homes, so you can walk the exact finish, light, and flow before you commit. Villa 3 (R 30 million) and Villa 4 (R 35 million, with the best views on the road) are larger homes, under construction now.
